With a Fixed Membership, a specific week and unit type are owned by contract.
Fixed reservations are allocated automatically in the system. The reservation use depend on the week and unit owned.
Confirmation of use is required at least 15 days prior to arrival date.
Maintenance fees must be current to retain the right of use of the unit and Fixed week.

The Internal Exchange Benefit gives you the option of exchanging your week and visiting your home resort at a different time. You have the flexibility of depositing your week up to 12 months in advance but no less than 15 days prior to your fixed week arrival date.
Applies to same unit type, subject to availability.
Reserve exchange up to 12 months in advance.
Maintenance fees must be current.

Internal Exchange Fees
$189.00 USD per week if exchanged between 12 months and 15 days prior to arrival date.
$249.00 USD per week if exchanged between 14 days and one day prior to arrival.
As a Fixed member, you have the option of booking additional nights to extend your time in paradise.
Reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance.
Members receive a Special Discount based on the hotel rack rates.
As a Grand Solmar Fixed member, you can experience our beautiful Cabo San Lucas resorts from any unit type available by requesting a unit upgrade.
Unit upgrade reservations can be booked within 90 days prior to arrival date.
Unit upgrade fee will be based on the difference of the nightly rack rates between units.
Grand Solmar Fixed members can apply discounted rates for unit upgrades.
